Lecturers
Neuron consulting, s.r.o. cooperates with lecturers with a long-term successful practice in foreign companies. The motto is to interconnect the theoretical knowledge with practical skills and to improve the productivity of individuals and thus also of the company.
Number of participants in group: Since the training programs are designed interactively, we recommend forming groups with up to 10 participants.
Improvement needs analysis
In cooperation with the client we analyze the training needs and design the form and contents of seminars prior to their start.
To finalize the seminars, we perform the status analysis with the company management (if not agreed otherwise). This analysis reflects the following aspects:

- Required level of competencies for individual positions
- Existing level of competencies of managerial staff

- Future needs and objectives

Training forms
- Individual training - coaching (work with individuals, training during work process). This process includes definition of the development plan for manager, focus on the weak points, and creation of competencies. Individual meetings with topics defined in advance to solve the particular problems and tasks.
- Group training - training, workshops, outdoor events
- Team support - work a real employee team. Comprises workshops, supervision, and consulting
- Field assistance - on-site meeting with the group training participant, during negotiation with customers, discussions, etc. The purpose is to provide feedback.
