Based on agreement with a customer, our company provides own managers for the TOP management, who will lead the company towards the pre-defined objectives. In cooperation with the customer we will select and prepare a new customer's management to take over the company management after completion of the risk management project. Another possibility is to provide counseling services to the existing managers to help them reaching specified goals.
